30A Final Reflection

Image result for 97 of the people who quit too soon are employed by the 3 who never gave up

   1.    I went back and reread through some of my older posts and was able to answer the following questions below.

   2.   I believe for my most formative experience it was all of the assignments that we had to uncover opportunities this gave me a new perspective on how to approach business. If you are solving peoples problems that is a sure way to make money. The experience I’ll remember for years is one of the most recent celebrating failure. Like Thomas Edison failure isn’t a stopping point it’s just a way that didn’t work and I believe this will be helpful throughout my future. My most joyous experience was at the beginning the bugs assignment even though it was a bit tough it was a helpful assignment for the class and it gave me the opportunity to complain. Finally the experience I pride myself on most for accomplishing was the elevator pitches because they were so nerve racking of all in my opinion
.
       3. I definitely see myself more as an entrepreneur than I did at the beginning of the course. I have moved much closer to the mindset of an entrepreneur because I am more and willing to except failure and have moved out of a comfort zone.

     4.   For the students in the future who plan to take this course I would recommend keeping an open mind and setting some time aside for this class. For the best performance in this class I suggest getting as early start, working ahead and paying close attention to the assignments instructions. To foster this mindset I would say look at the people like Steve Jobs and other inspirational characters that didn’t give up even when they failed or come so close to failure and pushed forward.

  1. I also found the assignments that required us to find opportunities very informative as they allowed us to see a group of problems, and sometimes even solutions, that we may have never seen before. I also agree that setting aside a bit of time to get an early start on assignments is a great tip to succeeding in this course!

I am glad you see yourself more as an entrepreneur, that is the point of the class! I have enjoyed reading about your concept all semester so nice job on that. i Hope to see your product in the market sometime.
